Cindy and I were very fortunate to be able to spend some time with Aunt Bim. We so enjoyed our conversations and both immediately comented to each other about her wit and intelligence after leaving her house. Our last visit was quite memorable as we went over intending to not stay very long but she got us both hooked on a jigsaw puzzle and I bet we were there for 3 to 4 hours. I got to hear some stories about daddy and both uncles from their time in service that I would never heard and will cherish. She was a wonderful person and the perfect representative of our generations ancestry.

Melissa and Glenn: We offer you both our condolences in the loss of your Mother. When Greta and I moved out to Grandmommys and Dads with our Dad after the passing of our Mother, Aunt Bim was still living at home and to me she was more like a big sister than an Aunt. I will always remember when she brought me back a Smoky Mountain black bear piggy bank from the mountains when she and your Dad returned from their Honeymoon.

We had a wonderful visit with her a few years ago and we went with her for lunch at the restaurant close to her house. She was so funny when she got mad at me for not letting her pay for our meal and I told her we we were buying for her.

We know that she is at peace now and joining your Dad and her brothers and sister.
