Harold F Fenton's Obituary
Harold Fenton, born September 5, 1927 passed away June 17, 2022. Preceded in death by his wife of 73 years, Frances. Loving father of Bruce Fenton (Cindy) and Susan Grim (Jere); Proud Pop Pop to Jason Grim, Nicole Garland (Jonathan), and his great grandsons, Jacob and Alexander.
Hal was born in Camden, NJ. It was there he married the love of his life, Frances in 1946. They enjoyed traveling on their Harley Davidson in their younger years, once making a cross country road trip. As a family man, he was a devoted husband and father. He worked hard at his career, making his way up in Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company, starting as a bagger at 18 and retiring as Vice President of the Tri-State area.
They eventually retired in Florida, enjoyed living at the beach, boating, friends, and their daily martinis before dinner. Hal was a wonderful friend, father and Pop Pop. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
A private service will be held at a later date.
