Harold James Guyette's Obituary
Harold James Guyette, age 77, of Dunedin has sadly passed on January 1, 2024.
He was born in New Orleans, LA to Luke and Irene Guyette on February 28, 1946. He went on to serve in the U.S Navy before returning to civilian life in October of 1971. He then later met his wife, Barbara, at a computer center. He had also worked at Trustco Bank, Price Chopper, Brown School, and Publix during his many years of helping others.
He enjoyed collecting, woodworking, and was always looking for things he could use to start new projects as well as 60’s and 70’s music.
He is preceded by both of his parents, Luke Guyette and Irene Boudreaux.
He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Barbara Guyette; his children, Devin Guyette, Hayden Guyette, Harrison Guyette, and Maddox Guyette; sister, Mary Lee Guyette; brother, Malcom Guyette; as well as a large extended family with many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Mass will be held in his honor at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Dunedin, FL on Saturday, January 13, 2024, starting at 11 AM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
