I got to visit Steve in Clearwater for New Years Eve and a few days after a few years back. It was made so clear to me that his happy place was there with his beach family. He showed me his favorite hangouts and I got to meet several of his friends. It was very apparent that he was very well thought of and much loved. Thank you Steve for sharing that time with me. I loved Steve Arnold!! Back in our high school days we ran all our track meets at Tyner. There were 3 fast studs that year and Steve was one of them. I was a Sophomore when he was a Senior and of course I did not beat him. We connected again in college when I was running for MTSU and I didn’t beat him them either. He was so much fun and we hung out after college from time to time and it was always a good time. I was Blessed to have Steve Arnold in my life and even though we haven’t seen each other for a bit, I still get warm and fuzzies when I think of him. He was quality guy and I’m proud to call him FRIEND!
