Hedley(Lee) Howlett III , 63 of Odessa and Thailand passed away peacefully on 4/29/2015. Lee was born on October 14, 1951 in Boston Massachusetts to parents Hedley Victor Howlett Jr. and Elizabeth Howlett. He moved to Florida in 1990 and was president and owner in the commercial construction company , Florida Pro-Tech Services. Lee enjoyed spending time in the country of Thailand were he made many friends. He also enjoyed gardening, his dogs and spending time with his family. Lee is pre deceased by his parents Hedley Victor Howlett Jr. and Elizabeth Dizer. Survivors are his brother Lorne Howlett ; sisters Linda Dearborn , Lori Cooper and 2 nephews and 1 niece.
