Hilda T. Taylor's Obituary
Hilda Theresia Taylor was born October 27, 1932, in Allentown, PA to Theresia (Reichl) and John Wirth. She grew up in Allentown, PA and graduated from Allentown High School in 1950. She was a member of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church. Hilda married Paul E. Taylor in 1980 and lived in Bethlehem, PA.
Preceded in death - Parents: Theresia and John Wirth; Brothers: John (Adel) Wirth; Edward (Mary) Wirth; Charles (Anna) Wirth; and Frank (Julie) Wirth.
Survived by – Nieces: Barbara Heisler of Northampton, PA; Linda (Ronald) Smith of Northampton, PA; Jane (Joe) Szep of Bethlehem, PA; Marcia (Tom) Rabuck of Kernersville, NC; and Nephew: Jeffery (Cathy) Wirth of Bethlehem, PA.
After Hilda’s High School graduation, she was employed by H Leh & Co. She worked as a part of the staff for Dr. Guy Kratzer for 25 years until she retired in April 1983. Her husband Paul retired from Bethlehem Steel in 1983. They moved to Richmond, KY where they opened an unfinished furniture store. They closed the store in September 1984 and moved to Clearwater, FL.
She worked during the tax season for H&R Block for 17 years. For several years, she and her husband spent their summers in the Lehigh Valley of Pennsylvania. Hilda is a member of Grace Lutheran Church Clearwater. Donations may be made to Grace Lutheran Church, 1812 N. Highland Ave, Clearwater
