I am very sorry for the loss of someone so dear, although always present in our hearts and I dedicate this memory to him as a sign of my affection and respect for all of you.
I remember meeting Igor around 2006. At the time, I was spending a lot of time with Davor, Igor’s brother, and Olvin. We shared many great moments together, and then one fateful day I met Igor. From the very beginning, he was polite, funny, and soft-spoken—a true gentleman who immediately made me feel welcome. He spoke with wisdom and warmth, and he quickly became a friend.
Almost instantly, Igor invited me to be part of his extended family and circle of friends—the Jerkovic “tribe.” Although he was younger than me, he offered advice with the care and insight of an older brother, especially when it came to business and finance. He carried himself with quiet confidence and struck me as a devoted family man who truly adored his loved ones.
Over the years, I got to know Igor even better through gatherings and visits to his store. He was not only a friend, but someone I genuinely admired. Igor stood out for his strong work ethic, his kindness, and his deep family values. He left a lasting impression on me (PePe) and on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. He will always be remembered with respect, gratitude, and fond memories.
