James "Jimmy" Brock's Obituary
Brock, James A. "Jimmy", 74, passed away on Wednesday, June 20, 2012. He was born in Cleveland, TN, raised in Chattanooga, TN and came to Clearwater in 1963. He was employed for 45 years by Neumann Oil Co, Tampa where he began his career as a salesman and rising to the role of General Manager. Jimmy was admired and respected by his thousands of customers and friends. He was an avid NASCAR and country music fan and a long time supporter of the Florida Sheriff's Youth Ranch. He was predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Margaret Brock and a sister, Jo Ann Smith. Jimmy is survived by his wife of 7 years, Judy Brock; daughters, Kimberly Cass (Steve) and granddaughter Mallory of Belleair Bluffs and Tammy Cartiglia (John) and grandsons Luke and Noah of Trinity, FL; Judy's children, Dawn Varre (Mike) and their children Aiden and Alyssa of New Port Richey, FL and Beth Raus and her daughter Paige of Spring Hill, FL; brother Terry Brock (Kaye) of Nashville, TN. A Celebration of Jimmy's life will be held at 4 pm on Monday at Moss Feaster Funeral Home, 1320 Main St., Dunedin, FL 34698.
