Jim was always smiling and very friendly. When he smiled, he always had a twinkle in his eyes -made ya wonder what shenanigans he (and Walter Croke) had up his sleeves. In his work, Jim was always so helpful, kind, and honest. As a friend, Jim was the best. My deepest sympathy to his family.
Jim, we were good office associates at Pinellas School Board and social friends for many years. We loved the times we shared with you and Sara when you would come to visit us at the Lake House on the weekends. I will always remember your steadfast loyalty to Indiana University as a rabid Hoosier hoops fan. Our office group visited your home many times to enjoy our annual basketball pool. May your family now cherish the memories they share with you as their loving father and grandfather. Your sense of humor will be greatly missed by all who knew you.
So glad we got to see Jim at the BHS Class of 1960’s 61st reunion two weeks ago. Jim was a funny guy and will be missed.
