James C. Goetz, 69, of Clearwater, FL passed away Tuesday, September 19, 2017. He was born in Fowler, Indiana and lived in Clearwater the last 3 years. James was a real estate broker in his youth and lived in Key West, FL for 17 years working as a 100 ton Master Charter Boat Capt; Duval Street entertainer and he was also a single and multi engine rated private pilot. Survivors include his wife Sara; a son James and a daughter Amy.
