James F Marsden's Obituary
James Francis Marsden was born on March 13, 1924 in Camden, New Jersey.
James was a Sergeant in the United States Army and served in WWII in the Pacific. After graduating from the Wharton School of Finance, he began a 44 year long career with RCA. As their Capital Planning Manager, Mr. Marsden worked at several locations including the famed Rockefeller Center, where he met many recording stars, including Elvis Presley.
He was a Charter Member of the National WWII Museum in New Orleans. Jim was also a member of the American Legion and a lifetime member of the VFW.
Worship was a priority to Jim and he was a strong believer in the Catholic faith. He had an idyllic marriage of over 70 years to his loving wife Dorothea.
James is survived by his wife Dorothea, son Michael & spouse Pam, grandson Nicholas & spouse Anna.
He is preceded in death by his father William, his mother Edith, and his brother William. He will also be reuniting with his beloved dogs Mojo and Poppy.
