I met Janie and Lou in 2017 when my son and daughter-in-law bought their home. The whole inside of the house needed to be painted and cleaned before they moved in. They asked if anyone who was in their church family would be willing to help them. Janie and Lou were the first generous people to volunteer their time and even a ladder and painting supplies to get the job done. Lou painted and Janie helped to clean the house. They worked for days expecting nothing in return. Such a truly loving and generous couple. I am truly sorry that Janie had to go through so much in the last couple of years. Lou was totally devoted to her and cared for her in her final years. Two people who loved each other and were committed to each other. I am sure that Janie is in Heaven with her loving God. Rest in peace Janie!
