I miss you so much, mom. You know the old saying you never know what you have until it’s gone… I really get that statement now. I didn’t realize that the holidays were so wonderful because you made them that way. How many people can say they had the same Christmas from when they were a kid until they were in their 50s. I know I can say it because my mom made it that way. I miss the taste of your cookies, your hugs, your laughter, and the joy you brought to our family.
