Jason was my best friend at Rhodes College from 1997-98. He was closer than a brother to me and I loved him dearly. He brought out the best in me and I owe him more than I can put into words. I just found out yesterday of his death, which happened to be the 3 year anniversary of his memorial to the day. I am just devastated to hear of his death. I had wanted to reconnect with him for years but couldn't remember his middle name until last night, which allowed me to find this information online. I would very much like to connect with his mother and his wife and children, if at all possible. Please reach out to me if you read this. My email is [email protected] and my phone number is (720)771-4787. Sending all my love to Jason's family and I hope to meet you all some day soon.

Jim, My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Kristy Palace
My deepest sympathy and heartfelt prayers go out to the entire David Family. I loved being Jason's 5th gr. teacher and always loved seeing his smile. He loved to learn.
Rejoice to know that he is now at true peace!
This world lost a loving soul and a beautiful mind.
The Joseph David Family
During times such as this I am reminded of the words of Amanda Bradley, who so eloquently put to pen her expression of eternal love.
"Those we love are never really lost to us...We feel them in so many special ways...Through friends and family they always cared about and dreams they left behind...In beauty that they added to our days...In words of wisdom we still carry with us and memories that never will be gone...Those we love are never really lost to us...For everywhere their special love lives on."
Rest now in peace my dear nephew.

Even during his early years Jason was always an inquisitive, intelligent, artistic and creative young man. He displayed talent in all of these areas and constantly wanted to know WHY? The assistant principal at Tampa Preparatory School where Jason attended high school once stated that she had rarely seen so many varied talents in one individual. Jason loved to laugh, he enjoyed drawing, singing, telling jokes in different dialects and writing stories. Above all Jason was a person who never stopped saying “I Love You” to those of us who were lucky enough to have known and loved him. Jason loved deeply and unconditionally. He spoke of his children Avery, Ryder and McKenzie often and of his desire to become the parent that they would be proud of in the future. Jason had so much to offer the world and his loss is deeply felt by each member of his family and the countless people he touched during his life.
With everlasting love, Mom, Dad, Mark, Michael and Karen
