As Gram's Grandson in Law I got to know her very well. My wife Jeanne, daughter Danielle, and I would stay with her whenever we visited in Brockton Ma. Gram was always a gracious host. When she moved to Florida we got to see Gram a lot more often. Gram also got to see many of my daughter's dance performances and she got to watch my daughter grow up. I also learned a lot of Lithuanian sayings, nursery rhymes, and slang. These sayings I will never forget. She was a very special person to the Calabrese family and she will be greatly missed.

I have so many fond memories of Gram when I was growing up on Bates Road in Brockton, MA. She certainly loved her family and I although I was a best friend to her granddaughter Jeanne, Gram always made me feel part of the family too.

In later years, i didn't see too much of Gram,but I prayed for her and she prayed for me. The Calabrese family (Roger, Jeanne and Danielle) would always fill me on their visits with Gram and something funny always came out of the conversation that Gram said. She had a certain kind of wit like no other.

Gram, you will be missed, but never forgotten. You made a mark on this earth that can't be erased.
