Jean B. Hamilton's Obituary
Jean B. Hamilton, 82, of Clearwater passed away Feb. 20th , 2017.She had been the owner of the Palm Pavilion on Clearwater Beach since 1964 with her husband Howard, who passed away in 2012. Jean graduated Clearwater High School in 1952 and was the 1951 Homecoming Queen. She was a 32 year cancer survivor and worked with many cancer victims over the years. Survivors include 4 sons, Ken (Lisa), Dale, Hoyt (Sheryl). Wade (Missy); a sister, Susan Scott; 6 grandchildren, Kimberlee (Craig) Leslie, Scott, Andrew (Laura), Bradley (Loren), Dalton & Shea; & 5 great-grandchildren. The family would like to thank Dinah Swanson, her caretaker for 2 years and special help from Angie Parker. Memorial donations may be made to First United Methodist Church, 411 Turner St, Clearwater 33756; Morton Plant Mease Foundation, 1200 Druid Rd S., Belleair 33756 or to a charity of your choice. Visitation will beThursday, Feb. 23, 5PM-8PM at the funeral home, 693 S. Belcher Rd, Clearwater. Graveside services are private.
