Jenny and I worked at the same real estate office for years. One day our company gave me a listing referral on a very sellable home not far away. Listing referrals such as this are like money in the bank. But when I went to the home and met with the seller, I learned she was best friends with Jenny. The seller went on to say that she really hoped Jenny could be the one to list her home, but she was okay with me doing it, saying she was too afraid to rock the boat because doing so could possibly jeopardize her employer paying for all her selling and moving costs, a sizeable expenditure to say the least. I immediately told our office manager I felt that this listing, and the income it would generate, should be given not to me, but to Jenny. My manager was a little surprised, but he agreed with me and made it so. Why would I give up thousands in income for Jenny? Not only because it was the right thing to do, but because Jenny had proven to me time and time again that she would have done the exact same thing for me! Godspeed, my Miss Jenny. Godspeed. - Nick Sasuta
