Jessy M Baillargeon 33 of Clearwater Passed away on Saturday, November 14, 2015 at his home. Jessy was born in Quebec City, Canada and moved to Florida in 1994. He is a Graduate of Tarpon Springs High School. Survived by his mother Katherine (JC) Conkling and his Father Michel Baillargeon, and his brother Joey. A visitation will be held on Sunday November 22, 2015 from 2 to 3 pm with services to follow. Burial will be Monday November 23, 2015 at 11:00 am graveside. www.mossfeasterclearwater.com
