Jiri Faja, 58, passed away on May 7th, 2024, at the Baycare Alliant Hospital, in Dunedin, Florida. Jiri was born on July 19th, 1965, in Karvina, Czech Republic, the son of the late Leonard Faja and Vladislava Dragonova.
Jiri is survived by his daughter Michaela Aristhene and partner Sarka Blahovcova.
