Thoughts of JoAnne go back to 1954 when we both were in the bridal party of John & Doris Smith. We became instant friends.

JoAnne's life was defined by what she did for others and her faith in Jesus Christ. Her selfless love of family was embodied in providing care for her father and mother, Marvin & Ruby, who resided with JoAnne & Virgil until their passing. Those who spent time with JoAnne were blessed by her incorrigible sense of humor, quick wit, passion for laughter, heart for God, yearning for unity and love for all people.
I am truly blessed to call JoAnne my lifelong friend since our teenage years.

Joanne was one of the most loving and caring persons I ever knew. She was given to hospitality & service.and was one that would give you her last penny if you needed it.
