Joanne Taggart Warstler, 90, passed away on May 24th, 2024, at home in Clearwater, Florida. Joanne was born on June 15th, 1933, in New Brighton, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late Leo Taggart and Marion M Morrow Taggart. Joanne is survived by her daughter Terri W. Trent of Arizona, and son David Warstler of North Carolina.
