John E. Farrell's Obituary
John Emmett Farrell, 77, was born on June 8th, 1947, to his parents Emmett and Elin in North Hornell, New York. John would join the United States Navy in 1967, fighting during the Vietnam War and attaining the rank of AO3. He received a Vietnam Service Medal with 3 Stars, as well as the Republic of Vietnam Medal with Device. John left the Navy in 1970, and eventually settled down in St. Petersburg, Florida.
John Emmett Farrell passed away at his residence in St. Petersburg, Florida on the morning of September 22nd, 2024.
He is survived by three daughters, Angela Lilly, Stephanie Farrell, and Wendy Carter, as well as their families.
A service will be held at Bay Pines National Cemetery on Friday, November 15th, 2024, at 1:30 PM. Please arrive 15 minutes early.
