It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Jose Luis Castro Ulloa, beloved father, son, brother, and friend, on April 27th, 2025, at the age of 41. He was born on October 19, 1983, in Lima, Peru, and his life was marked by his unwavering love for his children and his dedication to his family.
Jose Luis Castro Ulloa was a kind and hardworking individual, known for always spreading joy and happiness. As the father of 2 children, he leaves behind Ivory and Jolene Castro, who will forever cherish the memories of his guidance, laughter, and love. Jose Luis Castro Ulloa was passionate about bringing friends and family together, and his impact on those around him will never be forgotten.
A celebration of his life and visiting hours will be held on Saturday May 3rd from 11am - 2pm, followed by a prayer service at 2pm, at Moss Feaster Funeral Home, 693 S Belcher Rd. Clearwater FL. Donations in his memory can be made to his GoFundMe.
We will forever carry him in our hearts, remembering his strength, love, and the joy he brought to our lives.
