Joyce was the first person I met when I started working at Pinellas County School board on Druid Road, CLearwater, FL, she always had a smile for you. The cousin I always looked up to. I adored her when I was twelve, admired her always and was so touched when she and Carl came to Palm Bay when Ron and I were married. You will be missed beautiful lady. May you rest in peace.
It is with sincere sympathy that I write this to Carl and the entire family. Joyce was the first person I met when I went to work for the Pinellas County School Board back in the 80's. We remained good, close friends for all these years and I will miss her tremendously.
