Holcomb, Julius “Bill,” 75, of Brooksville, FL passed away with his loving family by his side on January 15, 2019. Bill was born in Lake City, FL., and also resided in Pinellas County for many years before moving to Brooksville. Bill is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Glenda Holcomb (Byrd); children Nancy (Dean) Wallace, Julius Billy (Beckie) Holcomb Jr., Teresa (Duane) Kilgore, Robbie (Stephanie) Holcomb & Kevin Wranovics (who was raised in the Holcomb home); 12 grandchildren, Elizabeth (Earle) Wilson, James (Adrienne) Wallace, LeeAnn Wallace, Jessica (Daniel) Love, Jamie Holcomb, Julius Billy Holcomb III, Logan Holcomb, Kevin Wranovics Jr., Kelsey Kilgore, Kacey (Jon) Dahmer, Katlynn Holcomb, Kelly Holcomb; 11 great-grandchildren, Eiden, Emerson, Avery, Joie, Tifa, Lexi, Remington, Kevin (KJ), Carter, Mason, Teagan; 3 siblings, James Holcomb Jr., Patsy Fletcher, Barbara Albritton and many special nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors. He was preceded in death by his parents James Jackson (Annie Jones) Holcomb Sr. Bill enjoyed spending his time with his family, friends and his beloved pets. During his retirement he loved spending time fishing, gardening and regular visits to the local flea markets. He was a genuine and special person, who always knew how to put a smile on people’s faces. He will be missed dearly by all those who knew and loved him. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday, January 19, 2019 from 11-12 PM followed by a chapel
service at 12 PM at Moss Feaster Funeral Home, 693 South Belcher Road, Clearwater, FL 33764. Bill will be laid to rest at Largo Cemetery, 1298 Jasper Street, Largo, FL 33770. In lieu of flowers, Bill’s family asks that donations be made to Hernando Pasco Hospice.
