Chris and worked together for many years. When I think of him, I remember him peeling away from the Dunedin station in his muscle car, talking about oil wells, his willingness to lend a hand and his impeccable work ethic. It was impossible to carry the work load that Chris did. He took pride in his work and always talked lovingly of his family. I was so sad to hear the news of his passing. Even though he's gone, I will always smile when I think of him. I think I will have an RC Cola and a moonpie in his honor today!
Nothing you love is lost. Not really. Things, people–they always go away sooner or later. You can’t hold them anymore than you can hold moonlight. But if they’ve touched you, if they’re inside you, then they’re still yours. The only things you ever really have are the ones you hold inside your heart :-) <3 xo meme aka kim, I'll miss your mashed potatoes!
Knowing that our Creator, intended for us to live forever is refreshing. John 6:40, "This is the will of my Father, that everyone who recognizes the Son and exercises faith in him should have everlasting life." May fond memories of Mr. Boswell continue to bring comfort to your family at this time.
I met Chris at FedEx in 1995 after transferring with the company from Chicago. He was always so kind and generous. I had barely known him when he offered to buy and replace the engine in my car for free, because he knew I was a single mom, working 2 part times to make ends meet. He was also the first person to pick me up off the warehouse floor, when I was running after a truck to catch a driver, and fell, breaking my elbow ...everyone has a story of good deed about Chris. Peace and prayers to the family. He left too soon. See ya on the other side Chris .....
I had the pleasure of being Chris' manager at FedEx for a short time before leaving the company. He was such a good, always positive individual who worked hard and enjoyed what he did. Was very passionate when talking about his life outside of work. Enjoyed his family time, and time with friends. I've been gone from the company now for 10 years, but felt a deep sadness when I heard of his passing. I pray for his family's healing, and will never forget this wonderful man that had a positive impact on so many people. Rest in peace Chris. You are in the Lords kingdom now.
I had the pleasure of working with Chris side by side at the fedex station in Tampa for the last 6 years. He was one of the hardest workers that I have worked with. Always punctual, always in a cheerful mood. We shared many stories about life, society, and politics. I never met a more patriotic man that loved his country. And mostly his family. His eyes lit up every time he talked about his kids and grandchildren. And of course his lovely wife Anita. I just talked to Chris last month, he told me Joey if you enjoy your retirement just 30 percent of what I'm enjoying you will be doing great. Rest in peace Chris everyone will miss you! Joe Gomes
I had the honor to work with kenny for about 10 years. He was a great worker and was always willing to give me guidance. We had shared lots of laughs and good times. Kenny was a family man and a true patriot!! He will be sadly missed.
