Kyle C. Romanosky's Obituary
Kyle Catherine Romanosky-Dean was born on November 13, 1951 to her parents Marilyn Drouillard and Harry Porthouse. She was born in Toledo, Ohio, but moved along with her family to Dunedin, Florida at a young age. Kyle graduated from Dunedin High School in 1970. Kyle married Norman Romanosky in 1970. The young couple had two children, Kyle (Kay) Katherine Christiansen (43) and Kurt Thomas Romanosky (42). Kyle worked as a front end coordinator and customer service representative at Kmart Corporation for over 30 years before leaving to become a successful designer and part owner of Heritage Florist in Clearwater, Florida. In 2007, Kyle remarried to longtime companion James "Jimmy" Dean. Kyle passed on June 30, 2014 following a lengthy illness. While having her own medical issues to deal with, Kyle continually found time to support others. Kyle leaves behind her two children: Kay and Kurt, 4 grandchildren: Zachary and Angelica Christiansen and Jessica and Chelsea Koba, 4 sisters: Mary Linda Schmidutz, Andrea Gillespie, Theresa Mccusker, Lisa Sefcik, 5 brothers: William, Richard, John, Charles and Robert Porthouse as well as a very large extended family of nieces and nephews. Kyle also leaves behind her beloved poodle "Cappuccino, aka: Cappy". Kyle attended Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Dunedin, Florida.
