Janssen Lambertus J., 86, of Dunedin, Florida, passed away on Sunday, June 19, 2016. He was born on April 27, 1930 in Maastricht, The Netherlands. He owned and operated a Bakery and Restaurant in Watseka, Illinois. He loved playing soccer and working in the yard.
He is predeceased by his father, Louis Janssen, his mother Maria Jeuken Janssen; 4 brothers and 5 sisters.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Anna Senden Janssen; 2 daughters, Diana Janssen Blethen (Charles) of Dunedin, Florida and Cynthia Janssen of Dunedin, Florida; 2 granddaughters, Tiffany Blethen of Tampa, Florida and Tatiana Johnson of Dunedin, Florida; brother, Michel Janssen of Maastricht, The Netherlands as well as several nieces and nephews.
A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at Moss Feaster Funeral Home, 1320 Main Street, Dunedin. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to Alzheimer's Association. http://www.alz.org.
