Lawrence "Larry" Alan Harbolt's Obituary
Larry Harbolt, 76, passed away March 24th in Largo, Florida after a short illness surrounded by his family.
Larry was born July 4, 1948, in Allegan, Michigan. He grew up in Gobles, Michigan, helping his family on their dairy farm, and retired from the Plumbers/Pipefitters Union Local 357 in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
In 1997, he moved to sunny Florida to pursue a successful career in real estate, where he was an investor, a teacher, a mentor, and a friend to everyone.
Larry loved to help people, and he impacted so many with his wisdom and his wonderful sense of humor. He was loved by so many people, and he will be dearly missed.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Frances (Reed) Harbolt, his sister Patricia Archer, and his son Lonnie Harbolt.
He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Christine Harbolt, daughters Denise (Dave) Ekola, Wendy (Nick) Tykoski, Lori (Rick) Oxley, Jennifer (Tony) Millek, and daughter-in-law Esther Harbolt, thirteen grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
There will be no public services planned.
