Leona J Barbieri's Obituary
Leona J Barbieri of Palm Harbor passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family at the age of 92 on November 16,2019. She moved to Florida from New Jersey in 1973 with her husband Angelo. While enjoying life in Florida she decided to open her own sewing business named "Stitchworm" in St. Petersburg over sewing and craft supplies. Leona loved to entertain and host party's . She also enjoyed cruises with her husband to the Bahamas and the occasional cocktail with friends and family.
Leona is pre deceased by her husband of 40 years, Angelo (1988). Survivors include her son, Richard(Johanna); daughter, Sheryl(Kevin); brother(Karl Loeffler); 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
