Leonard K. Ondick's Obituary
Leonard was born in Duquesne, Pennsylvania on December 14, 1937 to Andrew and Susan Ondick. He was a graduate at Duquesne High School in 1955.
In high school he was a member of the Art Club and French Club. His plans were to become a car designer or an Industrial Art Designer.
He moved to Florida in December of 1960 and started his career at Publix in his early twenties. He retired 40 plus years later as a Produce Manager.
Leonard was an avid woodcarver and a member of the SunCoast Woodcarvers of Pinellas County. He was a devoted father and family meant everything to him. He loved going to theme parks and taking pictures to capture the moments, playing games at Dave and Busters and going to the church dances at St. Catherine's of Siena. Anytime he was at a restaurant, he could not resist playing the crane game and try to get a stuff animal. His children and grandchildren was his world and would do anything for them.
On April 4, 2017 is the day the Lord needed Leonard to come home. He will and always will be immensely missed by his family and friends.
Leonard is survived by his three children; son, Kenneth Ondick and wife Branda and two daughters; Michelle Ondick and Connie Ondick. Three grandchildren; Ryan, Shawn and Trevor Egan. Two brothers; Richard Ondick and wife Millie and Howard Ondick.
