It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Linda Filippello. Linda Marie Filippello passed away on November 6, 2025, at the age of 75. She was born on February 5, 1950, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to the late Vincent Frank Filippello and Gloria (Giovinetti)
Linda is predeceased by her parents and her nephew, James DeRose. She is survived by her brother, Vincent Filippello; her sisters, Sandra Cipriani and her husband Joe, and Deborah DeRose; her nephew, Johnny DeRose; and her great-nephew, Nicholas Cavalli. She is also survived by many loving cousins and dear friends.
Linda was a cherished sister & devoted friend. She loved dancing and listening to music (Motown). She grew up watching General Hospital and watched for over 40 years.
Linda’s memory will be treasured by her family, friends, and all those fortunate enough to have known her. She will be deeply missed, but her spirit will remain forever in our hearts.
We say goodbye to Linda Filippello not with tears alone, but with gratitude for the beautiful moments shared and the lasting impact she made on our lives.
Linda will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Linda will be cremated, and a Mass will be held at a later date.
