She loved to read books, and she always helped Joe out with his business. When the grandkids were young, they loved it when she took them to Philippi State Park and hosted Christmas Eve. We have great memories of her and Joe taking us to the mountains like Sky Valley and Young Harris. Her driving always scared us growing up. She would always drive fast and with 2 feet. When you said something, she would always say that the roads were built for speed. When she drove up on the mountain, it was guaranteed that someone is getting sick in the back seat. She was not a good cook. When her kids were young, she always heated chicken patties up in the oven for dinner. Thank God, she married Joe.
