Loretta Staar's Obituary
Loretta Ballow Staar was born in The Bronx on March 11, 1930 to Minnie (Hannemann) and Otto Stackler. She graduated from Walton High School in 1948, and married George Ballow in October of 1950. After he served in The Marines during the Korean Conflict, and living in Californian for a few years they moved back to New York. After George died tragically in 1970, Loretta married Louis Staar in February of 1974, and they moved to Clearwater, Florida. Loretta is survived by her son, George (Mary Anne) Ballow, grandson Stephen (Chomp) Ballow, daughter in law, Vicky (Ross Rohla) Staar, grandson, Paul (Janice) Staar and stepson, Rev. Father Robert Staar, and many Nieces and Nephews. She is predeceased by stepson, Larry Staar, her sister, Bobby Moulton and her husband, Louis Staar. A memorial gathering will be held on Friday November 4, 2016 from 11:00 am to 12:00 noon with a service to follow at 12:00 noon at the Moss Feaster Funeral Home 693 South Belcher Road, Clearwater, Florida, 33764. 727-562-2070.
