Lottie Mae Neace's Obituary
Lottie Mae Neace, 84, passed away on May 28th, 2025, at her residence in Largo, Florida. Lottie was born on October 13th, 1940, in Leet, West Virginia, to her parents Walter and Mayme Hager. There she would live until she was 16.
After high school, Lottie began a career as a final finisher in mobile home manufacturing. She would serve for 33 years. Ultimately, Lottie retired in Largo, Florida with her partner, Ronald Duluc.
Lottie loved taking care of her 2 dogs and her cat. Her favorite times were holidays with the family, listening to traditional country songs. She was a reflective woman her whole life.
Lottie is survived by her brother, Eugene Hager of West Virginia; sisters Christine Zirkle of Ohio and Connie Huffman of West Virginia; son Ronald Michael Duluc of Ohio; and her daughters, Evie Eurbin of Florida and Shirl Klunder of North Carolina.
