Lucille Ruppert Watts, 95 years old, died April 4th, having lived in Clearwater Beach for the last 3 decades. The daughter of Carl and Anna Ruppert, born in Washington, DC, she lived the first 60 years of her life in the Maryland suburbs of DC. She was predeceased by her loving husband of 57 years, Cecil Hugh Watts in 2009. She was the loving mother of 2 children, Michael (Jennifer) Watts of Winchester, VA, and Suzanne Watts of Seminole, FL. Grandmother of Taylor, Carter, Meredith, and Nicole. She was predeceased by her 3 siblings: Carl A. Ruppert, Carolyn R Wicker, and Paul K. Ruppert. Lucy was a professional calligrapher, which led her into the art world where she enjoyed many friendships. Her art skills were as impressive as they were varied.
