Luther Burnette Hall, 87, of Clearwater, FL passed away July 28, 2020. Luther was born in Letcher County, KY to Arlie and Garnie (Amburgey) Hall April 2, 1933. He owned the Pikeville Medical Building Lab, Pikeville, KY; was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church, Pikeville; John W. Hall Masonic Lodge, Martin, KY, Oleika Shriners, Lexington, KY and a US Army veteran. Luther is survived by 4 children, Dr. Burnetta Lynn Hall (Thomas N.), Shirley “Dussy” Hall, Dr. Luther Daniel Hall, Dr. Madonna Jannette Hall (Jeffrey W.); 2 sisters, Shirley Noble, Shelbia Hall; 6 Grandchildren, Chotty (Heather) Thompson, Drew Hall, Clark Hall, Laine Hall, Spencer Hall, Cannon Hall; 4 Great grandchildren: Abigail, Emily, Riley, Lindy
