Maddie E. Castillo - Fedele, 74 of Clearwater, FL. passed away peacefully on March 14, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. A visitation is scheduled for Sunday March 18, 2018, from 12 to 3 pm with a vigil to follow at 3pm. A graveside service is scheduled for Monday March 19th at 10 am at Memorial Park Funeral Home and cemetery.
