Marceille M. Lender's Obituary
Marceille M. Lender, age 91 of Dunedin, Florida died Monday, February 3rd, 2014 at her home. She was born September 11, 1922 in Milton Center, Ohio, the daughter of George Bowles and Bernice (Domer) Bowles.Marceille was a daughter…mother…grandmother…great-grandmother…friend & confidant. She excelled at every title she proudly wore. She was the best Mom ever. I know a lot of people think that about their moms. What can I say….I am very partial. She went out of her way for her children, showing us love and compassion, unconditionally. She raised us through our childhood and still helped out with groceries and such when we were first starting out in our new adult lives. She was truly amazing! She was the epitome of what a "true" preacher's wife should be as well. She and my dad, Bob, were the dynamic duo of preaching teams. Their dedication to "the flock" was unmatched. They were quick to respond whenever called upon. It didn't matter if it was a family birthday celebration or a vacation. When they were needed…..they were there. When Brother Bob showed up to make a visit without his beautiful bride, the first question was….Where is Marceille? She was an amazing woman who carried herself with grace and dignity and could calm a troubled soul with simply the touch of her hand or speaking a word of encouragement. She was the perfect compliment to my Dad. Others have tried to copy them but so few are truly ordained by God to accomplish such a task. Dad left us 9 years ago and Mom missed him so much. Now they have been re-joined and together for all eternity. The celebration will last forever. All the souls of those who Mom and Dad helped throughout the years are welcoming her into their realm. It is so wonderful to think of them walking together, hand in hand….no walkers….no wheel chairs….just walking….happy and healthy forever. We love you Mom and we miss you so much but, we can't be sad because we know that you are with Dad and all our loved ones. Until we meet again….No services are planned at this time. Arrangements are under the care and direction of the Moss Feaster Funeral Home in Dunedin, Florida.Friends and family may sign the guest book at www.mossfeasterdunedin.com
