Margie Wynnelle Skinner passed away peacefully in her sleep on September 2, 2019 at the age of 86, in Palm Harbor, FL. She was born on November 5, 1932 in Sayre, OK and grew up in Madera, CA. She was a devoted wife to the late Leonard E. Skinner, and mother of the late Faron Skinner. She is survived by her sister Bette Norris, sons Kendall Skinner, Ryan Skinner and daughter Kelly Wilsey. She was an adoring grandmother to Dustin, Morgan, Devin, Bryan, and Dallas. Loving great-grandmother to Emily. Wynnelle was a proud military wife who raised 4 children while her husband, Leonard served our country and moved up the ranks to a Chief Master Sergeant in the airforce. Wynnelle not only raised 4 children while her husband served, but she was a respected employee of Pacific bell for 25 years. She happily retired from there and moved to Florida with her husband where she resided in Dunedin and was a devoted volunteer to many foundations such as Meals on Wheels, The Red Cross, Dunedin Historical Society Museum and at her very own Public Library. She was our family matriarch and will be missed by so many.
