Marian Clark Dunn's Obituary
Marian Clark Dunn, 94, of Clearwater, Florida passed away on November 23rd, 2021, in Largo, Florida. She was born July 10th, 1927, in North Norwich, New York to the late Earl & Grace Condon Clark.
Marian is survived by 5 children, Pat Moriarty (Tom), Ann Berg (Chris), Peter Dunn (Judy), Chris Dunn, and Jim Dunn (Maritza), as well as 10 grandchildren, Daniel Moriarty (Ashli), Katie Moriarty Wallace (Jason), Kevin Moriarty (Kimberly), Tiffany Dunn Boostrom (Adam), Yvonne Dunn Carslake (Cody), Timothy Dunn, Matthew Dunn, Jason Dunn, Ana Dunn, and Grace Dunn, and 8 great grandchildren, Andrew and Ryan Wallace, Patrick and Kate Moriarty, Theo, Grant, and Ellis Boostrom, and Maverick Carslake. Her loving husband, Donald Dunn, predeceased her in 2013.
Marian was raised on a dairy farm in central New York State. She graduated from Syracuse University in 1949 where she was a member of Chi Omega Sorority. In 1965, after living in Syracuse, New York and Ridgewood, New Jersey, Marian and her husband Donald moved to Clearwater with their five children. Marian was involved with her children’s schools and activities as well as the YMCA, Chi Omega Sorority, and Panhellenic Alumnae groups, Meals on Wheels, and was a charter member of the Clearwater Community Women’s Club.
A private family service was held at Moss Feaster Funeral Home and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
