Priem, Marilyn K. (Blumlo) Age 77 years, loving wife of W. R. (Joe) Priem, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Monday, March 12, 2018 following a brief illness. Born in Bay City, MI, she was the daughter of the late Abraham and Tabatha Blumlo (Bay City, MI). Sister of the late Edwin Blumlo (Bay City, FL), Donald Blumlo (Bay City, FL), Jacqueline Phelps (Charlevoix, MI), and Carole Kozak (Miramar, FL). Cherished mother of Lindsay Goodson and her husband David Goodson of Tallahassee, FL, Jeff Priem and his wife Carolyn Priem of Wilmington, MA, and Jennifer Priem and her partner Rick Incorvia of Safety Harbor, FL. For over 40 years, Marilyn was an accomplished artist, initially through her calligraphy and most recently in her paintings. Marilyn had an insatiable desire to learn new techniques where she devoted many an hour perfecting her art. Her artistry focused on water color paintings where she used her wonderful sense of humor and her love of animals to represent unique subjects in an abstract, elegant manner.
