Mary A. Joswick's Obituary
JOSWICK, Mary A., 95, of Clearwater, passed away August 7, 2015. Mary was born in Bayonne, NJ where she was a parishioner of St. Joseph’s Church. She graduated from Bayonne High School in 1938. Mary was a longtime resident of Colonia, NJ and worked in quality control for Lancome Cosmetics in Clark, NJ. In 1977, she and her husband, Anthony, moved to Clearwater, FL to enjoy their retirement. She has been a parishioner of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church and was active in the Women’s Guild. A major highlight of Mary’s life was seeing Pope John Paul II in 1995 when he visited New Jersey. She is survived by her devoted children, Doug Joswick of West Orange, NJ and Marianne (Mair Pinta) Joswick of Clearwater, FL, and many loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Anthony E. Joswick, and her seven siblings, Andrew, Joseph, John, Anne, Francis, George, and Michael Americk. The family would like to thank the caregivers who took such loving care of Mary in her home. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 from 6 – 8 pm at Moss Feaster Funeral Home in Dunedin. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 2:30 pm on Wednesday at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church in Clearwater followed by interment in Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Catholic Relief Services (crs.org), an organization that provides lifesaving aid to the poor around the world. Moss Feaster Funeral Home 727-562-2040
