Mary Agnes Redmond's Obituary
Mary Agnes Connolly Redmond, 89, died peacefully April 22nd, 2023, in Largo, Florida with her family around her. Mary was born on April 21st, 1934, in Waltham, Massachusetts, the daughter of the late Martin James Connolly and Bridget Mary Maher. She is predeceased by Pat Sr., her husband of 52 years, and survived by her sister Barbara; sons Patrick Jr., Martin, and Tim; daughter Kathy; grandchildren Jonathan, Susan, Patrick, Katie, Anne, Delanie, Grace, and Matthew; great grandchildren Allie, Michael, Joseph, Amelia, Cecelia, Madeline, Odette, and Bernard. Mary was a graduate of Regis College in Weston Massachusetts. Upon graduation she moved to St. Augustine, Florida and taught at St. Joseph's Academy, where she met her husband Pat. Mary and Pat settled in Clearwater, Florida and raised their family there. Mary was Chief Clinical Dietician at Mease Hospital in Dunedin, Florida during her career. She also was a member of the Secular Franciscan Order – Stigmata of St. Francis Fraternity. Mary was a devoted and caring mother, a loving, doting grandmother and great grandmother with an unshakeable faith in God, who loved spending time with her family and spoiling them with her wonderful cooking and baking during the Holidays and family gatherings. Visitation will be Thursday, May 4th from 4-6 pm at Moss Feaster Funeral Home - Belcher Road Chapel 693 South Belcher Road, Clearwater. A Funeral Mass will be at 10 am Friday, May 5th at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church – 1955 S. Belcher Road, Clearwater. Interment will be at San Lorenzo Catholic Cemetery in St. Augustine, Florida at 11:30 am, Monday, May 8th, following a visitation at Craig Funeral Home.
