Mary Ellen Sever's Obituary
Mary Ellen "Gran Mary" Sever, 87, of Dunedin, Florida passed Sunday, December 27, 2020, at Mease Countryside Hospital, with her Granddaughter Ashley by her side.
She was born on April 1, 1933 in Sophia, West Virginia, the daughter of Hallie Via and Louis Jessup. Mary moved with her family to Clearwater, Florida in June of 1946 where she graduated from Clearwater High School in 1951. Mary was married to Richard N. Sever in August 23, 1955.
Mary is preceded in death by her parents Hallie Via and Louis Jessup; Husband, Richard N. Sever; son Gregory Sever; Granddaughter Leah Sever; Brothers Carl Via and Louis "Jack" Sever; Sisters Leona Meyer, Betty Infinger and Faye Denton.
Mary is survived by her sons Richard Lee Sever and Michael Stuart Sever, Grandchildren: Michael John Sever, Brittany Sever, Alexander Breslin and Ashley Ferguson; Brothers: Rev. Franklin Jessup and James Jessup; Sisters: Shirley Webb, Linda Leigh and Ann Hood; and many nieces and nephews.
