Matthew Cohen's Obituary
Matthew Cohen, 96, of Boynton Beach died peacefully on Saturday, September 26, 2015. He was born June 12, 1919 in Brooklyn New York to the late Dr. Harry and Molly Cohen. Mathew and his wife Ethel raised their family in River Edge, New Jersey until they moved to Florida in 1981. He is veteran of WWII in the Army, and is survived by his; son and daughter in law Marc and Carol Cohen; daughter Lynne Cohen and her spouse Carol Tartaglia; and daughter and son in law Sandee and Larry Potter. Mathew’s grandchildren Eric Cohen and his wife Meg, Dana Cohen and Eric Mayer, and Rachel, Zachary, and Scott Potter all will miss him greatly.
Matthew had a career as a graphic designer and was an accomplished artist. He enjoyed golf, tennis and playing bridge. He always enjoyed visits from his children and grandchildren as well as socializing with friends. Services are Private.
