MIchael David Lewis' Obituary
Michael David Lewis was born in Clearwater, Fl on November 18, 1953 to parents Joseph and Charmaine Charron Lewis. Michael is a Clearwater High School graduate and worked for Mease and Baycare healthcare for 45 years. He enjoyed fishing, racing especially going to Daytona for NASCAR. Michael also loved football from FSU to the Bucs.
Michael is preceded in death by his father Joseph. Survivors include his mother, Charmaine; son, Gregory; daughter, Roci; brother, Steve (Lynn); sister, Shari (Dave) Stanley and grandchild Hunter.
