Michael L Powell was born in Newport News Virginia on August 17, 1957 to Bobby Lee and Darla Powell. Michael loved baseball and football especially the Georgia Bulldogs. On his spare time he loved to go out biking and spending time with his wife, family and friends.
Michael passed away peacefully at the age of 60 on August 29, 2017. He is predeceased by his father Bobby Lee Powell. Survived by his loving wife of twenty years, Cathy; his mother, Darla; brothers, Jerry and Glenn; son, Matthew(Lisa); daughter, Andrea (Mike), five grandchildren and one great grandchildren. The family asks that in lieu of flowers to please make donations to Suncoast Hospice at www.suncoasthopsice.org or to the family of Michael Powell in care of his wife Cathy.
