Michael W Stephenson's Obituary
Michael W. Stephenson, MD, PhD, BA Bible and Theology (“Doc Mike”) made his journey home to meet his Heavenly Father on April 6, 2020. In his lifetime he affected countless souls through his practice of medicine, counseling, and ministry, but mostly through his practice of faith, hope, and love.
Michael is survived by the love of his life, his wife, Alana, who he met over 55 years ago at Bethel Christian Missionary Alliance church in Hamilton, Ohio, their children Christi (Jeff), Melissa, and Andrew, and grandchildren Jordan, Emily, and Kelly.
There are not words to describe the extra ordinary impact of his being on those around him. Faith, courage, and perseverance were the cornerstones of his character. Michael’s contribution to the world through teaching and fellowship will live forever. He will be deeply missed by family and friends.
A memorial service will be held in the coming months once family and friends can gather to celebrate his life. An recorded memorial service , held on April 17, 2020, can be viewed at the link below to honor his memory.
