"It was an honor to have known our Miracle "Millie". We had been talking a lot about Medicare recently, since we were both born in 1952. She had an effervescence that just radiated and blessed so many people. There was nothing 'phony' about Millie. She was genuine, loving, caring -- on and on. And what a sense of humor! We had a little inside joke that still makes me smile. If she put up her hands, palms down, I knew she was jokingly saying: 'I'm a little busy right now.' We miss you. There's an emptiness in our hearts -- but also a lot of love and memories to fill that emptiness."
